This policy applies to Oui Finance Pty Ltd (ABN 48 655 648 098) ("Oui Finance", "we", "us" or "our"), an independent mortgage and finance broker based in Subiaco, Western Australia. Oui Finance is a Corporate Credit Representative (number 537796) authorised under Australian Credit Licence number 389328.

Where necessary and permitted by law, we may also collect information from third parties, such as lenders, credit reporting bodies, your accountant or referrers, and publicly available sources.

- assess your needs and provide credit assistance and broking services;
- research, compare and arrange loans and finance with lenders on your behalf;

5. Credit information
As a finance broker, we handle credit-related information as part of arranging your finance. This may include information from your credit report, details of credit you have applied for or hold, repayment history, and information about your creditworthiness. We collect, use and disclose this information only as permitted by the Privacy Act and the Privacy (Credit Reporting) Code, and primarily to help arrange finance suited to you.
6. Who we disclose it to
We may disclose your information to:
- lenders and credit providers, to research and arrange your finance;
- our aggregator and the software platforms we use to submit and manage applications;
- credit reporting bodies, insurers, valuers, and other parties involved in your application;
- your nominated representatives, such as your accountant, solicitor or conveyancer; and
- service providers who help us operate our business, and government or regulatory bodies where required by law.
We do not sell your personal information.
7. Direct marketing
From time to time we may contact you with information about products, services or offers we think may be relevant. You can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any message or by contacting us at hello@ouifinance.com.au, and we will stop.
8. Overseas disclosure
Some of the service providers we use may store or process information outside Australia. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled consistently with this policy and the APPs.
